INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Faucetsounds collects information based on your product and service usage. This information can be obtained directly from you, automatically during App installation, or from third parties. Additional information like IP addresses and user device information may also be considered personal information under specific laws. When non-personal information is combined with personal information, it is treated as personal information. However, personal information may undergo de-identification or pseudonymization processes to render it non-personal, such as through aggregation or code conversion. De-identified and pseudonymized information is considered non-personal to the extent allowed by applicable laws.

Registration Data: During the registration process, we request specific information from you, including your email address, gender, and zip code (referred to as “Registration Data”). Additionally, you will be asked to create a password for your account.

Payment Information: If you decide to subscribe to the paid sections of the Service, i.e., purchasing a subscription, we will require you to provide, at the very least, your name and payment information (“Payment Information”).

Information You Choose to Provide to Faucetsounds: You have the option to provide various types of information when interacting with us and using the Faucetsounds Service. This includes emails you send us, responses to advertisements, and sign-ups for emails or newsletters. Whenever you provide us with information, Faucetsounds or authorized third parties receive and collect that data.

Contact Information: When you engage in research studies, sign up for specific features or rewards, we may collect your contact information, including your name, mailing address, and phone number (“Contact Information”). Please note that the email address provided during registration is not considered Contact Information for the purposes of this policy.

Voice Data: If you grant microphone access to the Faucetsounds app on your device, we may record your voice when you interact with voice features. You can use voice commands by tapping the microphone icon in the menu bar.

Connected Devices: Please note that this policy does not apply to the actions of third-party connected device providers, including their use of information for advertising purposes. This includes details like the number and titles of songs you listen to, your preferences (likes and dislikes), the stations or playlists you create or listen to.

Service Providers

We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform various services on our behalf, such as web hosting, analytics, email processing, order fulfillment, surveys, marketing, payment processing, and data analysis. These providers are only allowed to use your information to provide the services we requested and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Faucetsounds may share information obtained from the devices you use to access the service with Google. This information is shared for various purposes, including limiting mobile listening, controlling advertising frequency, tracking advertising conversions, estimating the number of unique users, ensuring security and fraud detection, troubleshooting issues with the Faucetsounds Service, and delivering more relevant advertisements. Faucetsounds cannot control the ad settings provided by platform operators, as these settings are subject to each operator’s policies and may be modified or removed. If you encounter any issues with these options, please reach out to the platform operator directly.

Opting out of Third Party Service Measurement and Analytics: As mentioned in this policy, we utilize third-party providers to assist us in measuring and analyzing the usage of our service. If you wish to opt out of participating in these measurement services on the App, you can find instructions on the respective websites of Nielsen and Scorecard Research. To opt out on mobile and tablet devices, please refer to the instructions provided in the section on opting out of behavioral advertising for such devices.

Google Analytics – We utilize Google Analytics, a service that utilizes technologies to gather and analyze information about the usage of our Service, providing reports on activities and trends.
