  • Temporary interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, testing, or updates. Such interruptions might also be necessary to comply with changes in laws and regulations.
  • Evolution and improvement of Faucetsounds’ offerings, potentially leading to the modification, suspension, or permanent/temporary discontinuation of specific functions, features, subscription plans, or promotions.

In the event that Faucetsounds discontinues a Paid Subscription service for which you’ve prepaid fees before the end of your Prepaid Period (defined in the “Payments and Cancellations” section below), we will provide a prorated refund for the remaining prepaid fees after discontinuation. Please ensure your account and billing information is up to date to facilitate refunds.

Faucetsounds is not liable for and holds no obligation to provide refunds in connection with any outages or failures of the Faucetsounds Service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government actions, third-party actions, and events outside our realm of influence.

Your Use of the Faucetsounds Service

Creating a Faucetsounds Account

To fully experience the Faucetsounds app, you might need to create a Faucetsounds account. Your account credentials, including your username and password, are intended for your personal use and should be kept confidential. Payments and Cancellation

Billing

For your convenience, Faucetsounds offers Paid Subscriptions through various channels. You can either:

  • Pay a subscription fee, along with applicable taxes, in advance on a recurring interval, as disclosed before your purchase.
  • Opt for prepayment, granting you access to the Faucetsounds Service for a specific duration (“Prepaid Period”).
  • Taxes are calculated based on the information you provide and the prevailing rates at the time of your monthly charge.

Should you acquire access to a Paid Subscription via a third party, it’s important to note that separate terms and conditions may apply alongside these Terms. For any inquiries about refunds or subscription management, please communicate with the respective third party. When purchasing a Paid Subscription using a code, gift card, pre-paid offer, or other offer provided by Faucetsounds or its representatives (“Codes”), you agree to the Faucetsounds Card Terms.

If you decide to purchase Audiobook Content independently from your Paid Subscription, your purchase will be subject to the Audiobook Purchase Terms and Conditions.

Price and Tax Adjustments

Faucetsounds may occasionally make modifications to Paid Subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, Prepaid Periods, or Codes. Any alterations to prices will be communicated to you in advance. Such changes will take effect at the beginning of the following subscription period after the change’s effective date. By continuing to use the Faucetsounds Service post-change, you implicitly accept the updated pricing. If you disagree with a price change, you can avoid it by unsubscribing from the relevant Paid Subscription before the new price takes effect.

Tax rates align with the rates applicable during your monthly charge. These rates are subject to change according to local tax requirements in your country, state, territory, county, or city. In such cases, your account information will automatically be updated to reflect the adjusted tax rate.

Renewal and Cancellation

Except for Paid Subscriptions with a Prepaid Period, your payment to Faucetsounds or the relevant third party will automatically renew at the conclusion of the ongoing subscription period. This renewal occurs unless you cancel your Paid Subscription before the current subscription period’s conclusion. Instructions on how to cancel can be found by contacting our Customer Support team. Cancellations will be effective on the day following the current subscription period’s end. Upon cancellation, you’ll be downgraded to the free version of the Faucetsounds Service. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods, unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms.

If you’ve obtained a Paid Subscription using a Code, your subscription will conclude either at the end of the period mentioned in the Code or when the prepaid balance is insufficient to cover the Faucetsounds Service cost.
